Literally nobody asked for this but...What I Eat in a Day

Updated: Jul 6, 2020

Today like every other day I started the morning (or afternoon you could say) with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in my water. The reason I do is because the acetic acid in apple cider vinegar works to improve your metabolism, burn fat, and lower your blood sugar levels. All great things. However, something that I learned from a very reliable source (Tik Tok) is that ACV is only effective if it includes "the mother". That being the case, to the left is the ACV I use everyday and as you can see it includes the mother.

Something else that I do every single day is drink 1/2 a gallon of water. To the right you can see the super cute water bottle I use every day to achieve my goal of 1/2 a gallon. This bottle keeps me super motivated because of its super cute sayings next to each time stamp. I love it so much because it actually makes me want to drink water which is absolutely crazy.

For brunch today I had two slices of toasted Brownberry Whole Grain Outnut bread topped with an avocado spread, Sara Lee honey turkey, and egg whites. I also used the "Everything but the Bagel" seasoning from Trader Joes to season my egg whites. On the side I had some cut up strawberries, carrots, and a little spinach salad with more avocado. A super nutritious lunch if I do say so myself.

Another part of my daily routine is drinking the tea shown to the right after I eat brunch/lunch. It's by the brand ZEROTEA and according to its description, if you drink it everyday for 14 days its supposed to help speed up your metabolism. My 14 days aren't up yet obviously, but when they are I plan on publishing a post with my honest opinions and my overall review of the tea. As of right now, I really like it because I honestly don't mind the taste, but we'll see how I feel after the 14 days.

I don't have pictures for this part of the post which I honestly have no excuse for, but the rest of my food for the day really wasn't that interesting. For a small snack I had a handful of Goldfish crackers because I'm addicted to them and then had some spinach and artichoke dip with a couple of carrots and Triscuits. My dinner consisted of caesar salad and a turkey burger that was seasoned with salt and pepper. The burger was also topped with american cheese, ketchup, and mustard. For dessert I had homemade oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and some Carbsmart vanilla ice cream.

Even though literally nobody asked for this post it was really fun to put together. I hope what I eat in a day inspires you at least some way! See you next time.
